Harbour View open weekend - a tale of 2 halves
Many visitors attended on Saturday and enjoyed a beautiful day, with clear and distant views and mostly sunny skies. The maintenance team have the grounds, particularly the meadow, at its best. Particularly in the late afternoon, it was a joy just to sit and pass the time.
Then came Sunday and what a transformation! A few hardy visitors came to see us but the conditions were so awful with howling winds and driving rain that Rachel decided to close at lunchtime.
